I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The private onsen on the balcony overlooking the lake was absolutely breathtaking. The traditional Japanese dinner served in the room was a wonderful experience. The staff, especially Yukari, was incredibly friendly and attentive. The shuttle bus service between the train station and the hotel was convenient and flexible.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location, service, and amenities provided here are truly top-notch.

The shuttle bus service was a great perk, making transportation between the hotel and nearby train station a breeze. The private onsen on the balcony overlooking the beautiful scenery was an unforgettable experience. the staff member who assisted us was always kind and had a positive attitude.
Although the Japanese dinner was traditional and enjoyable, there was no English menu available, making it difficult for us to understand what we were eating. despite our request for a non-smoking room, there was a strong scent of smoke in the air and ashtrays were present in the room, leading us to believe that smoking in the room may be permitted.

The traditional Japanese experience was amazing! the private onsen with a view of the lake was one of the highlights. the thick but lightweight blanket provided a comfortable night's rest. the beef was also delicious, a must, try! the shuttle bus was convenient, , making transportation between the hotel and nearby attractions easy.
Although the location was picturesque, it was a bit far from other amenities and entertainment. Unfortunately, the lack of translation on the menu made it difficult to understand what we were eating.

The hotel offers a comfortable and relaxing stay with a stunning view of a lake. the private hot spring on the balcony is definitely a highlight, providing an exquisite experience that is both relaxing and refreshing. the staff is kind and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout the stay. Guests can also enjoy a variety of traditional Japanese meals in the dining hall or their room.
The hotel could improve in terms of providing a non-smoking room option.
